Weather Policy
Caution and safety must always play a part in our decision of whether or not to set up due to certain weather conditions. Therefore, these rules are hard-and-fast, never to be deviated from. They are strong guidelines in which we use to sometimes make tough calls that may possibly affect your event. Please know that we always make decisions with the utmost concern for you, your children/ guests and our team member Safety and Satisfaction. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
All deposits paid to secure any equipment/inflatable are non-refundable. Depending on the situation, rainchecks may be permitted.
We request that if your going to cancel, you do so by 6PM the day BEFORE your event. Any cancellations after this time may result in loss of rain check and additional fees.
Once confirmation is provided to us that you would still like to proceed with your reservation, our team will be directed by management to deliver. A $60.00 cancellation fee will apply if you wish to cancel after confirmation is obtained. This fee is for the loading/unloading of items, travel time, and cleaning of equipment.
Please have a secondary plan in the event any of these weather conditions are in the forecast for the day of your event:
Rain chances are 60% or greater for the day.
Sustained winds and/or Wind gusts are 18 MPH or higher.
Temperatures outside are below 43 degrees.
If any of these conditions are in the forecast and/or present, we would be unable to deliver any equipment for any outdoor event.
If you cancel BY 6 PM the day before your event rain-checks can be applied.

For all our customers who have paid their balance in full and cancel by 6 PM the evening before, we will issue a partial refund back to the card you paid with. The minimum deposit amount (20%) will be issued as a rain check. Please call our office if you would like a partial refund to your card and not a full rain check. Minimum Deposit amounts are non-refundable.
If we do deliver and it does begin to rain, the temperature drops below 43 degrees or wind gust become stronger then 20 MPH, the unit MUST be turned off.
Upon completion of setup, our team will go over a list of rules and safety operation. One of the rules our customers will sign by will state "ALL units MUST be turned off during rain, High Winds and weather below 43 degrees".
During Heavy downpours, Motors MUST be turned off, taken off the unit(s) and stored in a dry place. Once the rain stops, customer is responsible for re-attaching the Motor and drying out the unit before allowing use.

In Late Fall and Winter Season the temperature must be 43 f. or higher before we can deliver, and we must pick up if the temperature falls below 43 f. degrees. If you cancel BY 6 PM the day before your event rain checks will be provided. (Rain-checks are valid for up to 1 year). Refunds are not provided.
If you receive your unit(s) and the temperatures drop below 43 degrees we ask that you turn the unit off and give us a call
Cold temperatures cause the vinyl to get very hard and stiff (difficult to bounce on) and damage to the units can result from the vinyl. material becoming rigid and not being flexible when jumping. It is also very difficult to pickup & roll vinyl inflatables in cold temperatures. Our employees (setup professionals) also become much more prone to injury when the temperatures get too cold

In Late Fall & Winter Season, wind speeds cannot exceed 15-20 mph and wind gusts must be considered as well.
Why are we concerned about the wind? This is strictly a safety issue. Even though we anchor your unit securely into the ground or provide sandbags when set up on concrete, excessive winds can create a real safety issue if they get too high. We must also consider wind chill during the late fall and winter if the temperatures are close to the minimum required and the winds are approaching the maximum allowable.
